Farmers note that these consistently high figures were made possible by careful planning of crop acreage, favorable weather conditions during key growing seasons, and the active implementation of modern technologies.

The program included B2B meetings with key players in the agricultural sector, including importers, distributors, and retail chain representatives.

The partners paid special attention to our grain products, including samples in our branded Altai Niva packaging, which meets international requirements. Following the talks, specific steps were outlined to launch deliveries as early as 2026.

For our company, this mission was an important step in implementing our sustainable export strategy—from field to store shelf.

With 5.8 million tons of grain, 3.2 million tons of oilseeds, and a historical yield of 21 centners per hectare, the region is strengthening its position as Siberia's agricultural leader.

He stated that in 2025, the region once again confirmed its status as an agricultural leader:

The gross grain and legume harvest was 5.8 million tons, significantly exceeding domestic demand. Grain exports have increased fivefold since the beginning of the year compared to the same period in 2024. The main markets are China, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

Oilseeds: a new record is expected – ~3.2 million tons (2.3 million tons in 2024). Interest in soybeans is growing, along with sunflower, rapeseed, and flax.

Grain yields reached 21 centners per hectare for the first time – a historical high for the region.

Sugar beets: 1.4 million tons were harvested with a yield of 578 centners per hectare – enough to fully utilize Siberia's only processing plant.

Despite a decline in agricultural exports in 2024 ($511 million, -7.6% compared to 2023) and a reduction in the geography of deliveries (from 60 to 49 countries), 2025 has become a turning point: according to the results of the first months, exports have already grown by 32% to $492.3 million.
